Accepted papers will appear in CSC2011 proceedings to be published by IEEE Computer Society Press and to be indexed by EI. Selected papers will be published in special issues of some top SCI-indexed journals.

Prepare your paper in PDF file with no more than 8 pages for main conference and 6 pages for workshops/symposia. Submit your paper(s) at the CSC2011 submission site: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=csc2011. Each submission should be regarded as an undertaking that, if the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the work in order for the paper to be included in the IEEE Digital Library.

LaTeX users: Note new LaTeX templates IEEEtran LaTeX Class (template) V1.7 packages and IEEEtran V1.12 BibTeX (bibliography) packages. Be sure to use the template's conference mode. See template documentation for details.
